Sponsorships are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. Each sponsorship covers a full-service espresso cart experience for up to 60 staff members, including a one-hour visit with three standard flavors, chai, specialty teas, and dairy or oat milk options. Once a school’s goal is met, the experience will be scheduled in collaboration with the school’s point of contact. If the total goal is not met, partial funds will be held until either the goal is reached or Vagrant Coffee determines an alternative activation plan. Donations are not tax-deductible and are processed through Donorbox on behalf of the school community.
